Shortenills - Chestnut Class

At last the day has come for Chestnut Class to visit Shortenills Environmental Study Centre! We started the day by making our beds! Then we explored the site and went Orienteering! We had to work out how to find things by using the map and a compass!

We were so hungry and we all kept asking when it was lunch time! We were so happy to find pizza and wedges waiting for us and lots of us had seconds!

We loved the campfire and singing!

We have enjoyed learning in the yurt and spending a little time in our dorrms. We can't wait for more fun tomorrow!
