Reception Author Visit

The children had a visit from the author Sam Copland who has written a book called 'The Bear Behind'. We started off by playing a game of guess the animal before he read his book to us. It was all about starting school and how some children can be nervous. We helped Sam read his book by joining in with certain words. After he read his book, he gave us a challenge to try and draw the bear in the book.
