Hello Year R, 

Happy New Year! Thank you for all our wonderful Christmas gifts and cards at the end of last term. We hope you all had a lovely Christmas with your families. 

We are so sad we won't be welcoming you back into the classroom. This term we are learning all about Superheroes. We will be learning about fictional and real life superheroes. This week we will be reading the book 'The Ladybug Girl'. You will be designing your own superhero and describing it. In Maths we will be ordering items by weight. Maybe you can practise weighing by doing some baking. In the afternoons we have planned some PSHE, P.E, Art and Music. 

As always, these plans are here as a guide and please do not worry if you can't complete all of it. Remember you can also use RMeasimaths and Reading Eggs to support your home learning.
