Arts Week 2013
The ninth Arts Week at Chalfont St Peter Infant School took place during the week 11th - 15th February 2013. The whole school embraced the Arts through the theme of Traditional Tales where the children enjoyed Art, Drama, Music and Dance.
We thank Peta Barratt, Principal of Ondine Academy who joined us for the day on Tuesday to lead us through Dance workshops. We welcomed Phillip Sherman from the Booster Cushion Theatre who supported us in Drama while performing 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears Plus'.
We thank all the parents and grandparents who came to take the tour of the classrooms. The work created by the children in just four days was incredible and the displays throughout the school were breathtaking.
At Chalfont St Peter Infant School, we believe that by providing children with such rich opportunities they may develop vital speaking and listening skills and grow into confident young people.
