ALL ARTICLES SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME

Footwear

The school wants all children to grow into healthy adults. We believe that it is dangerous for children to wear shoes that have platform soles or high heels, so we do not allow children to wear such shoes in school. Neither do we allow children to wear trainers to school, as this is in keeping with the smart appearance of a school uniform.

Jewellery

On Health and Safety grounds we do not allow children to wear jewellery to school. However, if ears are newly pierced then they must be taped up for the 6-week healing period, after which studs/earrings must not be worn at school.

Hair

Parents should ensure that if their child’s hair is long enough, it should be securely tied back with a plain red scrunchie/band.  Hairbands should be plain red and thin – no bows.

Pre- Loved Uniform

We have a regular PTA sale of pre-loved uniform.  Please watch out on our newsletters with the dates coming up. If you need something specific please contact the PTA or the office and we will see what is in stock. We urge any ex-parents to please donate any clothes/ shoes in good condition back to the school to help keep this shop well stocked.
