What a joyful and colourful end of term we had, with a wonderful Easter Concert, showcasing all our children's wonderful talents, and then a most enjoyable Easter Parade and Egg Hunt organised by the PTA. Thank you children and families for all your hard work to finish off such a busy term in style!
Thank you to one of our wonderful Year 1 pupils for sharing with us his family's experience of Ramadan and what it means to him.
Look how much fun we had on our History focus day for Year 1. Wonderful costumes, a fabulous visiting workshop and so much learnt about this landmark event in our Capital City.
The school looked so colourful today as we dressed in red and ran a school joke competition to raise money for Comic Relief. £175 was raised so well done all!
It was one of our favourite days of the year today - World Book Day. It was a chance as usual to dress up as book characters, talk about our favourite stories, attend the book fair and of course watch the staff play! This year it was their version of Room on The Broom by Julia Donaldson. Great fun was had by all. Our Junior Librarians ran story sessions and story book bunting and reviews were made to further enhance our library space. We also used some of our sports funding money for a most enjoyable Alice in Wonderland Dance Workshop. A lovely literary week.
