How are you all? We hope that you have had a good week of learning and playing in the fresh air. We hope that you have enjoyed designing your fish and making jigsaw puzzles!
This week we are going to concentrate on a daily Phonics lesson and try to think of all the alternative sounds for the long vowel sounds: ay, ee, igh, oa. We hope you enjoy watching the video links and trying the planned activities.
We will also be thinking about all the birds in the gardens at the moment who are very busy in nests, fluttering around and singing sweetly so early in the morning. Do you know what this birdsong is called? On Monday, you will have the opportunity to try painting a garden bird and we will try out our painting skills too!
We are very pleased that you are working hard with RMeasimaths and that many of you have started reading with Reading Eggs. If you have not yet had a try and you would like your Login details, please contact your Class Teacher.
As always, we are here to help you and you can do as much or as little of the Weekly Plan that you wish. It is there to support and guide you.
We hope you have a wonderful week, full of learning and playing and we are thinking of you all...
