Pirate Day!

On Friday 11th July 2014, the school was taken over by 'Pirates'!!! After a week of a pirate theme in Literacy, the Year 1 children came to school dressed as one! They marched up the corridors and into the office waving cutlasses and shouting 'argh'! They visited the Year R children to try and find their happy boxes!!!!

During the day they 'walked the plank', had a treasure hunt, and wrote messages in bottles! Many golden doubloons were found and we all 'sailed' away on the pirate ship!

What a brilliant day for us all!
