Governors Skills and Training

Each Governor has access to a number of training modules including:

• Induction and introductory training for new governors
• Safeguarding and Prevent
• Introduction to Governance ( 2 modules)
• Introduction to Performance Data (Primary Schools)

We are part of the Bucks Education Partnership and subscribe to the Key for Governors which provides regular webinars and online and in-person training. The Key is a well-recognised reference point for information for Governors and School Leaders.

We are also members of the National Governance Association which holds conferences and provides regular updates on the latest developments in education.
