School Readiness Activities

Starting school is an exciting time. Here are a range of activities to support your child’s transition into school.  We have also included a document called Getting Ready for Chalfont St Peter Infant School. This is a checklist for you to go through with your child at the end of the Summer Holidays. These are brought into school on the Stay and Play sessions. These forms help us to plan next steps and lessons for the children. We understand that all children are individual and develop at different rates.
