French Launch Day

On Thursday 29th September the teaching of a Modern Foreign Language - French was started in Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Children tasted typical French foods, made flags and learnt about famous French landmarks and learnt a French song. French speakers came into school to read to the children in French. The children were taught in mixed year groups in order to give the older Year 2 children an opportunity to support the younger Year R children. Abientot!
