World Book Day

Chestnut Class had a fantastic time on world book day, we loved dressing up and sharing stories together. We really enjoyed watching the teachers play in assembly and worked hard to write brilliant sentences in our English lesson.

In Science we are learning about plants this term so we started the lesson by reading 'The Tiny Seed' by Eric Carle. For our PE lesson we read 'We're Going On A Bear Hunt' by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury, it was such fun acting out the story and running away from the bear!
