Year 1 Multi Skills Festival at The Amersham School 26.02.16

We got incredibly active on our trip to The Amersham School for our Multi Skills Festival! After a short coach ride we arrived and started our sporty circuits, which ranged from skipping and hula hooping to javelin throwing and hurdling!

We used and developed so many skills during our time at the festival; with the wide range of activities allowing us to develop our throwing, jumping, balance and coordination skills to name but a few.

It was great fun working with the Sports Leaders from the school who had helped design the circuits and their content – it was non-stop fun and we loved getting to have a go at all the activities across the morning. Needless to say we deserved our snacks and a rest on the coach ride back to school after working so hard!

A big thank you to Mrs Dickson, Mrs Page and Mrs Edwards who came with us and got involved in the activities too!
