Miss Kelly Smith is our teacher and we are known as RKS. Mrs Mary Leech is the teaching assistant who helps us in class.
We believe that the Early Years lays the foundation for the future development in school life. The Early Years staff work collaboratively and are committed to help each child achieve their full potential. Play underpins the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage, along with a balance of child-initiated and
adult-led activities.
This term our topic is 'transport', where we will be looking at and making varoius types of transport. We will also take part in many other exciting activities!

8:50 – 9am – Register, daily board and visual timetable
9 – 9:30am – Phonics
9:30 – 10:30am – Literacy or Mathematics (whole class teaching)
10:30 – 10:45am– Assembly
10:45 – 11am – Play time and Snack time
11 – 11:45am – Literacy or Mathematcis (whole class teaching)
11:45 – 12am – Story/Singing
12 – 1pm – Lunch time
1 – 2:45pm – Understanding of the World,
Expressive Arts and Design activities, PSHCE, Music or
French and child-initiated learning.
2:45 – 3pm – Story/Singing
3pm – Home time
On Monday we have P.E. and ICT in the morning. Please remember to label your child’s P.E. kit!
