Stickman!

'Stickman, oh Stickman, please come to our houses' said the children of Oak Class!

What a wonderful inspirational book 'Stickman' by Julia Donaldson is. We are so lucky to have an Enviromental Area with lots of sticks to collect! How happy we all were as we all made our very own 'Stickman'.

We took him home to our houses and spent the evening with him. He even had some cosy beds made for him!

The next day, he came back to school while the children recalled all the events of the previous evening to write a Recount. Lucky Stickmen!
