Harvest Festival

Thank you to all the parents and carers who were able to join us for Harvest Festival yesterday morning. The weather was so kind to us for the big school walk to and from and the children really impressed us both on route and in the service. It is a beautiful church and a wonderful part of our village heritage, but not really designed for 180 children and visiting parents to squish into. But the atmosphere was just perfect for a Harvest Festival and the children made me so proud as they sensibly managed themselves up and down for the various songs, readings and poems. This was the first experience for many of such a large performance and I thought they were amazing,
