The Owl Experience

On Thursday 7th October, Year 1 welcomed Bob Morely and his owls to our school. We were so excited as Archie and Gizmo flew so close to us that we had to duck our heads! They were so quiet as they silently swooped around our hall! We just couldn't believe that there were real owls actually flying in our school! After the flight, we were able to return to the owls to develop our observational drawing skills where we looked very carefully at the patterns on their feathers.
