  • Christmas Concert

    Thu 18 Dec 2025

Our school was filled with festive excitement as families gathered for our after-school Christmas Concert, a wonderful celebration of music, performance and Christmas cheer.

The evening showcased a fantastic range of talent, with performances from the school choir, recorder group, boomwhackers, handbells, musical theatre group and dance club. Each group performed with confidence and enthusiasm, delighting the audience with a varied and joyful programme.

A special highlight of the concert was our first ever Key Stage 1 ensemble, bringing together recorders, handbells and boomwhackers in a brilliant combined performance. It was a proud moment to see our youngest musicians working together so successfully and performing so confidently in front of an audience.

Parents and carers were invited to join in with traditional Christmas carols, creating a warm and festive atmosphere and a true sense of community.

Well done to all the children who took part for their hard work and dedication, and thank you to staff and families for supporting such a memorable and joyful Christmas celebration.

  • Choir Visit to Rutherford House

    Tue 16 Dec 2025

Our Key Stage 1 Choir enjoyed a very special visit to Rutherford House, where they helped spread festive cheer by singing a selection of much-loved Christmas songs to the residents.

The children performed beautifully, singing with confidence and big smiles as they shared seasonal favourites that filled the room with warmth and Christmas spirit.

This visit was a wonderful opportunity for the children to connect with the local community and experience the joy of giving through music. They represented our school superbly, showing kindness, enthusiasm and excellent behaviour throughout the visit.

A big thank you to the staff at Rutherford House for giving our choir such a warm welcome, and well done to our Key Stage 1 singers for making the visit such a memorable and heart-warming occasion for everyone involved.

  • Superstar

    Fri 12 Dec 2025

Our school hall was filled with sparkle, song and festive cheer as the children delighted families with this year’s Christmas production, Superstar.

The performance was bursting with energy and colour, featuring dancing stars, lively barn animals, and a fantastic shooting star choir whose singing filled the hall with Christmas spirit. The children’s confidence, enthusiasm and teamwork shone through every scene, earning them well-deserved applause from a very proud audience.

A huge thank you goes to all the staff who helped prepare the children for such a joyful performance, as well as to parents and carers for their continued support. Most of all, congratulations to the children for an unforgettable production that truly captured the heart of the Christmas message.

    Well done, superstars! ⭐
